Do you deliver strollers to Walt Disney World resorts?+
Yes. We deliver to every Walt Disney World resort. Delivery and pickup require an in-person lobby meeting — we do not leave strollers unattended. Our standard windows are 8–10 am, 12–2 pm, 2–4 pm, and 6–8 pm.
Does Disney allow stroller delivery to bell services?+
Disney does not permit third-party rental vendors to leave equipment with bell services. Every delivery and pickup at a Disney resort requires an in-person meeting in the lobby.
Can I use the stroller on Disney buses, the Monorail and the Skyliner?+
Yes, folded strollers are allowed on Disney buses, the Monorail and the Skyliner. You will need to fold the stroller before boarding. All of our single strollers fold quickly and compactly.
What is the Disney stroller size rule?+
Walt Disney World requires strollers to be no larger than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. All of our strollers meet these requirements. Note: Disney has separate rental strollers inside the parks, but many guests prefer a fully reclining stroller that stays with them all day.
Is delivery free?+
Standard delivery is free to Disney resorts, Universal Orlando, most Orlando hotels, vacation homes and Airbnb properties. A $25 early-delivery fee applies for deliveries before 8:00 am.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking as soon as your Disney trip is confirmed. Spring break, summer and holiday weeks fill quickly. Bookings can be made weeks or months ahead.
